When did I get old… a podcast

I thought I would post a link to my podcast which is “My journey with Parkinson’s” and which usually has something to add to a post on this Blog. Or, it may be something quite different. If you haven’t found my podcast yet, pop into Youtube or Spotify and type in the name of the podcast and have a listen. This is the latest. I also have a podcast called “Parkies Patter – a chat about all things Parkinson’s” in which I interview people affected by Parkinson’s both as someone with the diagnosis and those that support them. The interviews are pretty special – not for my part in it so much – as I love giving others the opportunity to use the platform of my podcast to take the opportunity to share their truth and their journey.

Pop in and have a listen. I’m sure you will find something in my podcasts that is of value to you. Anyway, the link to the latest “When did I get old” is below.

Enjoy!

I am a retired Social Worker having retired in May 2024. I had been a Social Worker for over 20 years and for the sake of my health and wellbeing I chose to retire early. I have some literary projects underway and am enjoying the freedom of no longer working. Working on my projects at my own pace and enjoying my new hobby of lawn bowls is a wonderful thing. No regrets and a new kind of busy in retirement is wonderful.
