Legal Stuff – Enduring Powers of Attorney – Podcast

This is my first interview for my Podcast. It is with Louise Taylor who is a well-respected lawyer in Christchurch New Zealand. She has a wealth of knowledge in Enduring Power of Attorney (EPOA). There is also an interview with Louise in a Podcast relating to Wills.

Please note that the information and advice given in this Podcast relating to Enduring Power of Attorney and the previous one regarding Wills are in relation to the law as it applies in New Zealand.

If you reside in another country, it would pay to discuss with your lawyer – if you have one – to get their advice on what is available in the way of these legal protections in the country in which you live.

I certainly learned something in both these interviews.

They are well worth a listen.

I am a retired Social Worker having retired in May 2024. I had been a Social Worker for over 20 years and for the sake of my health and wellbeing I chose to retire early. I have some literary projects underway and am enjoying the freedom of no longer working. Working on my projects at my own pace and enjoying my new hobby of lawn bowls is a wonderful thing. No regrets and a new kind of busy in retirement is wonderful.
