I don’t want anyone to miss out if they are interested…

First of all, I would like to say how much I appreciate the support of everyone who has followed me on my blogging journey. Some of you have been with me for years, some I think from the very beginning four years ago.

In my rough times, when I have been laid low with pain of various types, the support I feel from those of you who comment and lift my spirits is immense. I started this blog to help me to deal with my thoughts and feelings as I learnt to live with my diagnosis of Parkinsons way back on 15/12/2020. For the last four years my blog has been my lifeline to people who understand what I am coping with – or sometimes not coping with – in this life affected by Parkinsons.

For those of you long-standing blog followers especially, I never intend my Podcasts to replace my blog, so rest easy on that score if you were concerned. The podcasts have always been something extra that I thought would run alongside the blog and enhance the experience of following me.

The Podcasts are available on Spotify and also on Youtube. You should be able to click on the link here and it will take you straight to my Podcasts on Youtube. Let me know if it works. I hope my loyal followers whether following for four days, four weeks, four months or four years can access the podcasts too.

I am a retired Social Worker having retired in May 2024. I had been a Social Worker for over 20 years and for the sake of my health and wellbeing I chose to retire early. I have some literary projects underway and am enjoying the freedom of no longer working. Working on my projects at my own pace and enjoying my new hobby of lawn bowls is a wonderful thing. No regrets and a new kind of busy in retirement is wonderful.
