We have now left the UK and have arrived in Singapore for a few days. Being in a different time zone, it makes it difficult to keep to my ‘morning, lunch and dinner routine.
Leaving from the UK I took my lunchtime meds at lunch in London. We flew at about 9pm and had dinner at the airport before flying. Then bedtime meds in the plane as we had a sleep on the plane. Woken up and given a meal – not sure what it was lunch or dinner – then arrived at Singapore around 6pm.
We have now arrived in Singapore and it is the same day of the week and again it is dinnertime. I can’t take another dose of dinnertime meds as it may not be safe.
So, after discussion with my husband, I have decided to start fresh at breakfast with my first meds. This will mean a long time between meds. A time to rest how much my meds are essential to my functioning perhaps!
Tomorrow we will know the wisdom – or lack of it – of the plan!
How lucky indeed to relax for a bit in Singapore…I so loved it there.
Not to long till home time and your last long flight for this trip.
I can so now, partscof NZ have been experiencing terrible weather.
What region are you from?
Safe travels
