Memories, money and mayhem
I have had a gathering of family for Christmas, and it is a rarity to get my children and grandchildren together as a group. The house was full to bursting, with full fridges and even fuller bellies with the meals that we shared together. My kids and I had some discussions about what I would like them to know about the ‘things’ in my china cabinet and why they held value for me. Because of this, I hoped that the items concerned became something of importance to them because of the stories they held.
